USA, Canada & Europe Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your new Albby item. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchase (except final sale items) within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you cannot refund any items on final sale, but you may exchange them for other items or receive a credit for future use.
For exchanges or refunds, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchased items and provide us with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the item, and/or an item exchange request. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions on how to coordinate pick-up. Please note that returning items must be sent within 3 business days of receiving the confirmation e-mail.
Your refund will be completed via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the intact returned products to our studio. Please note we do not refund shipping fees for refunded or exchanged items (unless the item is damaged or in case we haven’t sent you the item you ordered).
Please note that we can only exchange or refund non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn or used, and are in their original packaging with tags still attached. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and Albby reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Faulty items
If you are concerned that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please e-mail contact@albby.shop with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you. When possible we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.

The customer is responsible to cover all payments for shipping costs and for returning items using a trackable shipping method (except for faulty items). Please include your order number, otherwise, your claim cannot be identified and processed. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs Policy
Payment of any duty and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer which are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control.
**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order will not be eligible for a refund**
